Support daily workplace operations by combining facilities coordination and front-of-house workplace services to deliver a seamless employee and visitor experience within a premium corporate office environment.

About the Role:
- Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations including maintenance requests, vendor services, and general office support to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Serve as a workplace/lobby ambassador, assisting employees and visitors while ensuring meeting rooms, common areas, and shared spaces are properly prepared and maintained.
- Liaise with building management and service vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, pantry services) to ensure timely issue resolution and service quality.
- Monitor workplace readiness including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, pantry areas, and front-of-house presentation standards.
- Support workplace events, employee onboarding logistics, visitor coordination, and internal service requests across the office.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related disciplines preferred.
- 24 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace experience, hospitality, office administration, or customer service roles.
- Strong service mindset with the ability to engage confidently with employees, guests, and vendors in both English and Thai.
- Highly organized and proactive with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using workplace tools such as Microsoft Office and service request systems.
