Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the organisation's facilities in Bangkok.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and project activities.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively within the department.
- Supervise and lead the facilities management team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes within the Engineering & Manufacturing scope.
- Collaborate with senior management to align facility operations with organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facility Director should have:
- A strong background in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing facilities and operations from education and hospitality businesses.
- Excellent knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- A proactive approach to improving operational processes and facilities.
