What You Do
Participate in the setup of new AEON MALL projects.
Compile, develop, and share technical documentation related to operational activities (procedures, standards, and technical system guidelines) for the team involved in new projects.
Develop maintenance plans and maintenance budgets for technical systems (M&E, HVAC, Fire Protection & Fire Fighting, water supply and drainage), in accordance with AEON MALL standards and operational requirements.
Propose operational improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and ensure the safety and stability of technical systems.
Provide consultation, analysis, and support in resolving technical inquiries for relevant stakeholders (internal project teams, contractors, and operation teams).
Participate in project management and subcontractor management, including monitoring progress, quality, and safety, and coordinating the resolution of technical issues arising during the setup and implementation phases.
What We Require
Graduated from College/University with a major in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical & Electrical, Water Supply and Drainage, HVAC, Construction, etc.).
Basic knowledge of project management, construction, and building technical system operations.
Knowledge of occupational safety and Fire Protection & Fire Fighting (FP&FF) is an advantage.
Proficient in office applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to use technical software such as AutoCAD (reading, reviewing drawings, and making basic edits).
Good skills in data consolidation, reporting, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Good communication and on-site coordination skills.
