Job Description

About the Role

Our client, a well-established manufacturer serving the automotive supply chain both locally and abroad, is searching for a seasoned operations leader to take the reins of their entire plant. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine end-to-end ownership — not just overseeing one function, but shaping how an entire factory performs.

Why This Role Stands Out

You won't just be managing a department you'll be the single point of accountability for six interconnected functions: Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse. It's a role built for someone who thinks in systems, not silos, and who's energized by turning six moving parts into one well-oiled machine.

The Mandate

  • Build and drive the operational roadmap that lifts productivity, quality, and efficiency plant-wide
  • Bring Production, Engineering, Maintenance, QA, Planning, and Warehouse under one cohesive strategy
  • Define KPIs that matter, then hold every function accountable to them
  • Keep machines running — championing preventive maintenance over firefighting
  • Protect product integrity so every shipment meets automotive-grade specifications
  • Balance planning and inventory to hit delivery targets without excess stock
  • Own the numbers: budgets, cost discipline, and financial reporting for the whole site
  • Keep the plant safe, compliant, and audit-ready at all times
  • Handle sensitive business matters with the discretion the role demands

What You Bring

  • A decade or more leading teams across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, QA, Planning, or Warehouse in an industrial setting
  • Direct experience in Auto Parts or Electronic Parts manufacturing
  • A history of pulling multi-functional teams together and delivering results, not just reports
  • The presence to lead, the clarity to communicate, and the nerve to decide under pressure
  • A sharp, logical mind that stays composed when things get busy
  • A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline

On Offer

  • A compensation package that reflects the scope of the role
  • Genuine runway for career growth within the organization
  • A workplace culture that backs its managers rather than micromanaging them
