Factory Manager

Red Barn Group Thailand is seeking a Factory Supervisor / Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our seaweed extraction factory in Chiang Mai.

Graduates in Food Engineering or Industrial/Process Engineering who are ready to supervise and lead factory workers, support production activities, and ensure safe and efficient operations. No previous work experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead factory workers during daily operations

Coordinate production tasks and daily work schedules

Ensure production procedures and safety rules are followed

Monitor production output, quality, and basic performance

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

Report operational issues and support process improvements

Communicate daily production status to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field

Fresh graduates welcome no experience required

Thai language fluent

Intermediate to conversational English (mandatory)

Comfortable working in a factory environment

Responsible, organized, and able to lead workers

Good communication and teamwork skills
