Job Highlight

The role to perform detailed investigation, diagnosis, and root cause analysis of failures by use the electrical test tools to find out pinpoint including contribute the manufacture and improve the productivity to achieve quality target.

About the role you will

Perform detailed investigation, diagnosis, and root cause analysis of failures in CC and MS products.

Utilize advanced analytical equipment such as SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), FIB (Focused Ion Beam), TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope), EDS (Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy), X-ray inspection, and various electrical test tools to pinpoint and isolate defects.

Prepare comprehensive and clear failure analysis reports to provide actionable insights for corrective and preventive actions to engineering and management teams.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Process, and Quality, to enhance product quality and process reliability.

Propose and implement improvements to failure analysis methodologies and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Contribute to manufacturing yield improvement by quickly and accurately identifying and resolving process-related defects.

Provide technical support and analytical guidance to teams.

Establishes and maintains a positive and productive working environment.

About you (Skill)

Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).

Good knowledge of quality management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Proficiency in operating advanced analytical equipment (e.g., SEM, FIB, TEM, X-ray, or cross-sectioning).

Presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

Your Experience includes (Qualification)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Failure Analysis or as a Quality/Reliability Engineer within the Semiconductor or Microelectronic industry is required.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes (IC fabrication).

Solid understanding of physics, mechanics, electronics, materials science and statistics.

Proficiency in computer applications, with strong skills in Microsoft office and relevant software.
