Plan sales targets and purchase budgets for each brand in line with approved business objectives.
Execute purchase orders within approved budgets and control inventory levels according to set guidelines.
Select and evaluate products to meet market demand, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with agreed requirements and supplier commitments.
Negotiate pricing, costs, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable conditions aligned with company policies.
Collaborate with suppliers on promotional activities such as GWP, HPP, incentives, sales training, product knowledge workshops, and conduct market surveys on pricing and promotions.
Manage and follow up on retail space projects including shop renovations, furniture, zoning, and planogram adjustments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or fashion retail.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Good understanding of fashion trends, customer behavior, and retail industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with merchandising systems.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
