Job Description

Job-Role: Fashion Designer (fashion, bags, accessories, or lifestyle industries)

Job-location: Bangkok-Thailand

Experience required: 1 to 3+ years

1–3 years of experience in fashion, bags, accessories, or lifestyle industries (candidates with research or

buying/merchandising backgrounds are welcome

Job Responsibilities

• Trend Research & Insights: Systematically collect and analyzes trends in bags and accessories across Thailand and Southeast Asia, including colors, materials, patterns, structures, and usage scenarios. Regularly deliver trend reports, mood boards, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to support early stage product development.

• Mood Board & Design Direction Support Based on brand positioning and market insights, define product development directions (e.g., color combinations, style themes, and collection planning).

• Provide clear design inputs (Design Briefs) to support product planning and development decisions.

• CMF Trend Research Support: Collect and organize relevant fabric, trim, and material trends aligned with the brand. Assist in identifying high-potential material directions (no responsibility for technical development or sampling).

• Bag Design (Concept & Development Focus):Based on trend insights and product direction, develop design concepts including sketches, renderings, and design descriptions. Participate in discussions on product structure and functionality, and deliver basic design drawings to support product development (not focused on detailed technical drawings).

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the China HQ design team on product development. Regularly communicate design progress and support cross-regional project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design (Fashion, Bag Design, Product Design, Visual Design, or related fields preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, bags, accessories, or lifestyle industries (candidates with research or buying/merchandising backgrounds are welcome)

• Strong sense of aesthetics and trend awareness, with the ability to structure and articulate design insights

• Proficient in research and presentation tools (e.g., Pinterest, Instagram, WGSN, Canva, PowerPoint) for mood boards and reports

• Strong information organization and structured communication skills

• Good command of English as a working language; able to collaborate with China-based teams

• Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

• Knowledge of or strong interest in the Southeast Asian market; local living experience is a plus
