Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop seasonal assortments for both womenswear and menswear, ensuring strong alignment with brand DNA, target consumer profiles, and global creative direction.
- Co-create product concepts with the Brand Principal, ensuring adaptation to local trends, climate, and commercial needs without compromising brand heritage.
- Interpret global guidelines, lookbooks, line plans, and brand mood boards into localized yet brand-right designs.
- Work closely with the Brand Director on creative direction, collection structure, pricing corridors, and product strategy.
- Partner with the affiliate manufacturer (factory) to ensure fabric selection, trims, pattern-making, fitting, sizing, and construction meet brand quality and production standards.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams on assortment planning, styling, silhouette priorities, and SKU optimization.
- Prepare detailed tech packs including sketches, measurements, BOMs, construction notes, and fabric specifications.
- Oversee proto samples, fittings, and size sets with both internal and external production teams.
- Provide creative and technical solutions to optimize production efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Ensure all designs meet global brand guidelines, quality expectations, and licensing requirements. • Review and validate fabrics, trims, printing techniques, color standards, and washes to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and consumer studies for both men's and women's segments.
- Translate insights into design direction, newness introductions, capsule concepts, and seasonal updates.
- Build seasonal trend boards, color stories, and material innovation decks for internal presentations.
- Work within strict seasonal calendars to deliver designs, tech packs, and sample approvals on schedule.
- Support go-to-market activities including line presentations, sell-in tools, photoshoot styling, and product training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in menswear and/or womenswear design; experience in licensed brands is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pattern-making, garment construction, fabric development, and production processes.
- Ability to design within strict brand DNA while adapting to local market preferences.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital sketching tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of creativity, brand understanding, and commercial sensibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English for coordination with overseas principals.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple collections simultaneously.
