Product Development & Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
Source and select appropriate materials for each design, considering factors such as durability, cost, and sustainability.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
Manage supplier relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand.
Financial & Strategic Planning:
Control costs and set up strategic pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, top-selling products, and inform future product offerings.
Market Research & Industry Trends:
Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and industry advancements.
Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in the merchandising field or fashion business.
Knowledge of materials, garment production processes, and product techniques.
Awareness of market trends and consumer preferences.
Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
