The Style & Training Specialist is a field-based role combining in-store styling support with team development. You will coach Sales Associates, translate seasonal product direction into practical styling skills, and strengthen the customer experience across branches.
Key responsibilities
• Coach Sales Associates during live customer interactions and provide constructive feedback.
• Support complex styling consultations, including body proportions, occasion dressing, wardrobe building, and lifestyle-based outfit curation.
• Identify recurring styling gaps across branches and recommend improvement plans.
• Deliver practical micro-training on silhouette, color coordination, layering, outfit building, and occasion styling.
• Create seasonal look books, styling cards, pairing guides, and branch reference materials.
• Track individual styling development and adjust coaching plans.
• Partner with Buying and Visual Merchandising to translate product briefs into seasonal styling plans.
• Share customer and product insights with the Buying team to support commercial decisions.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or a brand-facing fashion role.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training retail teams.
• Strong knowledge of styling principles, color theory, body proportions, and outfit building.
• Able to develop training content independently from product or seasonal briefs.
• Strong communication, observation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Degree or diploma in Fashion, Fashion Merchandising, Styling, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is welcome.

• Sales Associates style customers confidently and independently.
• Seasonal key products launch with clear styling guidance.
• Customer satisfaction, conversion, and basket size improve through stronger styling capability.
