FAVP - Office Leasing (AXTRA Happitat)

Key Responsibility:

Client Acquisition & Tenant Expansion

• Source and secure new tenants
• Coordinate with leasing agencies and brokers.
• Prepare presentations and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.

Negotiation & Contract Management

• Negotiate lease terms and conditions (Rental Rate, Incentives, Fit-out Period, and other commercial terms).
• Coordinate with the Legal Department to draft and review lease agreements.

Lease Documentation & Contract Administration

• Prepare, review, and manage lease-related documents (Lease Agreements, LOI, MOU).
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments regarding contract terms and approvals.
• Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and digital records)._

Leasing Team Support

• Prepare quotations and leasing proposals.
• Update and maintain leasing pipeline reports.
• Coordinate documentation for negotiations and tenant onboarding.

Financial Coordination

• Verify rental rates and lease terms in accordance with approved agreements.
• Coordinate invoice issuance with the Finance team.
• Monitor advance payments and related financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• At least 5 years leasing experience
• Able to travel alone throughout Thailand
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service mind
• Supervise leasing administrative staff.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
• Develop and improve SOPs and workflow processes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
