Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (FB) Manager/Director located in Phuket-Phang Nga.

You will oversee multi-outlet F&B operations including restaurants, bars, private dining and events; elevate guest experience; drive financial performance; and develop a high-performing team in line with AKARYN's service culture.

Ideal profile

• Proven leadership in luxury hotels or resorts
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Experience managing multi-venue operations
• Passion for guest experience and people development
• Excellent command of English (Thai language an advantage)
