We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert on cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on the Sangfor product portfolio. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced security solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and threat detection. We welcome new graduates who can demonstrate significant project experience in cybersecurity or network engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Sangfor security solutions, including NGAF (Next-Generation Firewall), Endpoint Secure (EDR), Cyber Command (NDR), and IAG (Internet Access Gateway).
- Provide high-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, identifying and resolving complex security issues.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of Sangfor's security products.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, best-practice guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose effective, integrated security solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and Sangfor product developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity, network security, or technical support role, OR be a new graduate with demonstrated project experience in relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of core security concepts: TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, endpoint security (EDR), and threat detection (NDR/SIEM).
- Direct hands-on experience with Sangfor security products (NGAF, Endpoint Secure, SASE, etc.) is a major advantage.
- Experience with other security vendor products (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike) is also beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new technologies quickly.
- Must have a valid driving license and own car for customer site visits.
- Fluent in both English and Thai (written and verbal).
