About Earthworm

Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in global supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil.

Your Role

You will build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, Thai partners, and international stakeholders, fostering trust, collaboration, and long-term engagement. You will be responsible for managing field databases and supporting project monitoring and evaluation through data analysis and visualization. In addition, you will spearhead biodiversity and carbon initiatives, contributing directly to more sustainable and environmentally responsible practices across the supply chain.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Lead the implementation of activities in line with the project's logical framework, in close consultation with the Field Lead

Coordinate and engage with Thai partners and international stakeholders throughout project implementation

You have an interest in, or experience with, smallholder farming systems and good agricultural practices, ideally in rubber, agroforestry, or regenerative agriculture. Building trustful and sustainable relationships with farmers, researchers, and local stakeholders is something that gives you joy. This imply that you feel comfortable working in rural environments.

You also naturally engage with researchers and are at ease managing scientific data. You are well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work.
