Who We Are Looking For

Field Operations Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end merchant activation and ensuring smooth execution of field operations. This role focuses on coordinating with merchant partners during onboarding, providing on-site setup and training, and supervising Brand Ambassadors (BAs) stationed at partner stores.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, has strong coordination skills, and is passionate about delivering excellent merchant and customer experiences.

Main requirements:

  • The candidate must be available to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • The candidate should be able to visit department stores in Bangkok and other provinces when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit merchant stores to support system setup, training, and operational checks.
  • Make sure all branding, displays, and materials follow company guidelines.
  • Train Brand Ambassadors on Atome products, sales methods, and customer engagement.
  • Check Brand Ambassador performance and interaction quality during field visits.
  • Support campaigns by briefing BAs and ensuring each store is aligned.
  • Visit stores regularly to maintain brand consistency and a smooth customer experience.
  • Prepare simple reports on field visits, onboarding progress, and BA performance.
  • Handle onboarding for new merchants and ensure systems and materials are ready.
  • Work with internal teams to fix onboarding issues or delays.
  • Share feedback and improvement ideas with agency partners and internal teams.
  • Spot operational gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Help solve real time issues during store visits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchant onboarding, field operations, retail activation, or training roles (experience in fintech, retail, or e-commerce is preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to train and motivate field staff.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working hours when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; basic familiarity with CRM or task management systems is an advantage.
