Partner with the best

As a Field Operator, you will provide support for Artificial Lifts operations. You will also oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will be able to work under your own initiative to help meet operation schedule and customer satisfactions.

As a Field Operator - Artificial Lifts, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Install and Dismantle Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) system and commissioning using Switchboard and Variable Speed Drive

• Supporting all aspects of cable services including spooling and banding electrical power cable utilized on ESP systems

• Conducting field analysis, troubleshooting ESP, downhole sensors and collecting information to provide customers with recommendations on equipment

• Performing equipment lay downs as requested by customers and completes paperwork.

• Overseeing daily operational issues to identify new opportunities for development and enhancement for customers

• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and compliance requirements

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a technical diploma in a related field or demonstrate equivalent expertise.

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Electrical field for operation in Oil & Gas industry

• Have demonstrated good knowledge of ESP, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.

• Be able to demonstrate good HSE culture

• Be a good team player and display good communication skills

• Display a customer service-orientated mindset, with experience of leading customers through tough decisions
