KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance and Productivity Performance
- Achieve sales target monthly and quarterly and yearly according to brand strategy and direction.
- Deploy and coach frontliner to achieve sales target by individual and store level and channel.
- Monitor weekly sales & month closing and recommend solution to any difficulties faced by store.
- Evaluate and analyse promotion & activity and to analyse competition brand closely.
- Feedback with weekly report for store visit and follow-up action with function support.
- Assist frontliner to link & cross selling products.
- Encourage to improve IPT and AUS.
- Improve store ranking by door.
- Able to facilitate training seminars, ensuring maximized participant learning and understanding of content.
- Monitor and follow up after training sessions to ensure employees apply learned skills effectively
Operation Management and Stock Management
- Plan and supervise all frontliner to meet target and for in-store execution excellence.
- Plan the routing and store visit and organize frontliner schedule.
- Ensure the readiness and cleanliness of Merchandising (product, tester, VM displaying) are met the VM guideline.
- Handle customers complaint related to products & services rendered by frontliner and follow-up until the case is closed.
- Build a good relationship with store manager, buyers, retailers, etc.
- Coordinate and smoothen store operational process with internal (marketing team, HR and FIS) and external affiliates (store manager, buyers, retailers, etc.)
- Ensure the stock availability and readiness in store: NPD, key franchise.
- Reduce no-sales at store level and manage CN by store.
- Monitor quality of report from frontliner: Complete, Correct and Clock.
Recruitment and Retention
- Recruit, hire, and train new frontliner.
- Ensure frontliner grooming & appearance are fully met standard.
Account Management
- Be a key contact person for each particular account both internal (Sales, Marketing, Training) and external (Buyers, Retailers).
- Plan & maximize sales and promotion plan within given budget.
- Follow up promotion plan & contribution support with accrual plan in advance.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience at least 3 years in retail business and function
- Strong knowledge and understanding of trade and channel
- Excellent in Selling skills, Negotiation skills and Sales coaching skill
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills and positive relationship with clients and customers
- Good computer literacy [MS office, Excel, Word, Power Point]
- Able to communicate both writing and speaking in English
