What Youll Do
- Takes and processes orders of customer.
- Negotiates customer agreements.
- Establishes and maintains strong commercial customer relations Develops an action plan for each customer in line with objectives.
- Attends to customer care to ensure that all client needs are met.
- Coordinates with TAs education implementation and sales impact Steers the overdue payments, blocks orders if needed.
- Meets sales and distribution targets Ensures merchandising and brand representation in salons Carries out administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management.
- Pro-actively maintains understanding of market developments and relevant product knowledge.
- Actively looks to grow NCA to maximize territory coverage Understands competitor landscape and USPs.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in sales activity in FMCG business. Professional beauty care product is high prefer.
- Must be driven and determined, resilient, open-minded, flexible, have good communication, influencing, planning and leadership skills.
- Preferred to be knowledgeable about SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Good sale skill, good negotiation skills.
