POSITION: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

SALARY: 50,000 – 70,000 THB
Role Overview
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing
hands‑on technical support, training, and on‑site guidance to customers at active project sites. The role ensures systems are assembled, operated, and maintained safely and efficiently, while supporting project execution, customer satisfaction, and overall service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands‑on technical support and on‑site guidance at customer project sites.
- Train and coach customer crews on safe and efficient installation and operation of systems.
- Monitor on‑site work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Support project execution by advising on assembly methods, workflow, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams before and during site activities.
- Plan and schedule field visits in coordination with internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and equipment requirements prior to site visits.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on‑site training sessions.
- Prepare timely service reports documenting site conditions, findings, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field service, construction, installation, or site‑based technical roles.
- Experience with construction systems, industrial equipment, or mechanical installations is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans .
- Strong hands‑on technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills with the ability to train and advise customers on site.
- Basic computer skills, including email, reporting, and office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 2–4 nights per week).
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in field environments.
- Physically capable of working on construction sites, including lifting and working at heights.
