Checks, controls, and tests the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic aspects of the fleet equipment according to Sarens procedures and instructions, in-line with manufacturers guidelines.
Performs inspections, interventions, and repairs with regard to fleet equipment, material, and, when necessary, the yard, according to a checklist and/or the applicable Sarens procedures and manufacturers guidelines.
Executes the periodical maintenance schemes for fleet/equipment.
Troubleshoots when detecting and repairing failures.
Is able to deploy and position the lifting equipment.
Orders the necessary (standard) parts through the Group Service Manager or a local Fleet Manager.
Accurately records and punctually completes required documentation, such as maintenance reports, work record sheets, and timesheets, according to Sarens procedures and instructions.

English communication skill.
At least 3 years of experience of Crawler Crane, Mobile Crane, Boom lift, Forklift, etc...
Strong mechanical attitude and technical skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Has a valid driver's license.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if necessary.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
