Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and calibrate ASMPT SMT equipment, including DEK printers, SIPLACE placement machines, and inspection systems at customer sites
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on ASMPT machines to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and support solution development
  • Conduct training for customer engineers, technicians, and operators on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SMT machine installation, maintenance, or process support preferably involving DEK, SIPLACE, or similar equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, networked computers, and machine controls
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to read and understand business documents, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and prepare professional emails and reports
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across different regions and provide shift-based support when required
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for travel to customer sites

Work Locations: Bangkok (1 vacancy) and Chonburi (2 vacancies), Thailand
