We are looking for an exceptionalInstallation & Service Engineer who can
- Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist customers to use MKS Atotech equipment smoothly.
- Preliminary contact for all of customers system problems.
- Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till closure.
- Build up and maintain good customer relationships.
- Reporting to Regional manager.
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity are:
- Graduated in electronics, electrical, instrumentation engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years experiences in installation/service machine, maintenance/preventive maintenance machine, facilities equipment, or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the principle of mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English as well as technical or business writing.
- Computer literacy.
- Own a car and be able to work up-country.
