Finance & Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and yearly financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Manage accounting operations (AP/AR/GL/Tax/Fixed Assets) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (TFRS/IFRS), Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and ensuring corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, Sales) to provide financial insights and cost analysis.
  • Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency, including automation and ERP utilization (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role as plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in budgeting, cost controlling, financial reporting, and month-end closing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
