Role Summary
This is a hands-on execution role at the Senior Finance Specialist level.
Location: Bangkok (on-site)
Salary: Approximately 55,000 – 75,000 THB/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounting: daily payment/receipt processing, petty cash management, and monthly financial statement preparation
- Tax compliance management and local regulatory filings
- Treasury management: maintaining fund ledgers and tax ledgers
- Expense review: identifying compliance risks in invoices and strictly enforcing internal control policies
- Independent coordination with external parties (banks, tax authorities, auditors)
- Supporting audit and tax inspection work as required
- Proper safekeeping of financial seals, keys, credentials, and other important documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Must hold a valid Thai CPD (Certified Professional Accountant) certificate – required for audit and tax filing sign-off
- Native or business-level Chinese is highly preferred; fluent English candidates will also be considered
- Hands-on Thai corporate finance experience; familiar with Thai tax regulations, banking procedures, and financial reporting for Chinese overseas subsidiaries
- Independent monthly financial statement preparation; hands-on cash management (payments/receipts, petty cash, ledgers); Excel proficiency
- Media/entertainment industry background is a plus
