Lead daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Set goals, objectives, and priorities; coach and develop staff; planning, monitoring, and appraising performance regularly, across the manufacturing sites.
Provide advice on costing matters to the management team and other departments if needed
Controlling and managing finance and accounting to ensure their accuracy and completeness as well as complying with accounting principles and company's policy.
Coordination and controlling all requirements related finance and accounting matter.
Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with accounting standards, BOI and Taxes Regulation
Monitoring company P&L, securing financing and preparing strategic business plans to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and business growth.
Ensuring effective and efficient internal control processes are in place.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or Master degree in Accountancy.
Have experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Cost accounting including team lead/supervise experience.
Background in understanding and applying complex cost accounting principles including capitalization of variances and experience with rolling standard costs is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently, mature, and self-motivated.
Experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and financial software such as SAP, ORACLE, QAD (MFG PRO.) or ERP system D365 (is a plus).
