Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting and finance department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor team members to maintain a high-performing accounting and finance team.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance & Accounting Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A professional certification, such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and compliance.
- Expertise in treasury management and banking operations.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive financial performance.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team effectively.
