Responsible:
- Responsible for all accounting processes in the plant to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts according to IFRS and statutory.
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable overdue tracking as well as fixed asset accounting and tooling management.
- Overseeing of AR overdue / AP payment proof, overseeing of Input/Output VAT.
- Responsible for all regional financial reporting and some global financial reporting.
- Responsible for material master data in SAP.
- Being in charge of VAT reclaim.
- Being in charge of annual Accounting audit.
- Other tasks assigned by Financial Manager
HSE Responsibility
Ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area.
Ensure station level safety training has been implemented.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Leader level.
- Familiar with various accounting processes in production companies and have experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
- manage to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English skills is a MUST to collaborate with international team.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
