Finance & Administration Manager - Hospitality
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance & Administration Manager to lead the overall Finance, Accounting, Governance, Human Resources, and Administrative functions of the organization.
This position plays a key role in providing financial leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, and variance analyses.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required by management.

Accounting Operations & Controls

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Fixed Asset management.
  • Review and approve journal entries, payment transactions, payroll costs, and tax calculations.
  • Monitor inventory controls and cost management processes.
  • Ensure effective management of cash receipts, payments, and banking activities.
  • Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop business plans and financial targets.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Support long-term business planning and financial modeling initiatives.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor business risks and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Oversee insurance policies and corporate governance requirements.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Oversee HR administration activities, including payroll coordination, employee benefits, visas and work permits, and employee welfare programs.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Information Technology & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure system reliability and security.
  • Support business systems, digital transformation, and process automation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as a key member of the management team, providing financial and commercial perspectives to support business objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance and Administration team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA, CPD, ACCA, CFA, or other professional qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • At least 3 years in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar leadership position.
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, food & beverage, retail, or service-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, treasury, and internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of TFRS, Thai taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent financial analysis, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, and change management initiatives.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
