We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ko Phangan. This role involves managing and preparing financial statements, overseeing budgeting processes, analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining overall fiscal health. The Finance & Accounting Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to the strategic financial planning of the organization.

• Strong knowledge and experience in creating and managing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Finance, including financial planning and management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions
• Experience with Financial Reporting and preparing accurate financial documentation
• Expertise in Budgeting, including forecasting, monitoring, and controlling expenses
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Prior experience in a leadership role within finance or accounting is advantageous
• Experience working in multicultural environments is beneficial
