We are looking for a Finance Analyst for an international textile manufacturing company. This role focuses on financial planning, product costing, and reporting, providing key insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product costing models, ensuring accuracy of inputs such as raw materials, labor, and overheads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, procurement, production) to validate cost data and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities, including financial data validation, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including cashflow forecasting and scenario analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support business decision-making
- Track working capital and support financial planning initiatives across the business
- Ensure data integrity, maintain proper documentation, and support audit requirements
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Commercially curious with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ERP or financial planning tools
- Exposure to product costing
- Background in manufacturing or FMCG
