Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • All A/R related including printing and sending invoices on daily basis, prepare statement/reminder to customers, payment/collection issue follow up and A/R receipt
  • Costing report analysis, interco reconciliation, month end report preparation as well as monthly VAT filing
  • All A/P related including vendor invoice vouching, prepare payment, expense report checking
  • Routine analysis report including PPV report, Production order variance report, Machine & Labor capacity report, inventory, cycle counting, freight cost, etc.
  • Engage in annual audit, coordiate with CPA firm for tax filing. Budget preparation and all kinds of quarterly and annual reports
  • Ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or related
  • 5-8 years of experiences as Accounting Management, Tax, BOI or related.
  • Fluent in English
  • Independent

Working day: Mon-Fri

Working time: 9 am. - 6 pm.
