POSITION: Finance And Accounting Director - Food Manufacturing

ManpowerGroup Executive Search is partnering with a well-established international manufacturing business to identify a high-caliber Finance & Accounting Director who can lead finance operations, strengthen financial governance, and support business growth through robust costing and business finance capabilities.

Location: Bangkok Thailand
Reports to: Managing Director
Subordinate: Total team around 3-5 headcount approximately
Position Type: Full-Time
MANDATE SCOPE OF FINANCE AND ACCOUTING DIRECTOR
- Lead Accounting & Finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Drive monthly closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Lead product costing, cost analysis, margin optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to support pricing, quotations, and business decisions
- Monitor business performance and provide strategic financial insights to management
- Manage BOI, taxation, audit, compliance, and statutory reporting activities
- Support ERP enhancement, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance & Accounting team
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience
- Strong experience in Manufacturing Costing and Financial Control
- Experience within Food Manufacturing, FMCG, OEM, Export, or Manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, costing, business planning, and management reporting
- Experience working with BOI, taxation, auditors, and statutory compliance
- ERP implementation or process improvement experience is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business actions
- Good command of English
- Hands-on leadership style with strong stakeholder management skills
