We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounting Manager to join our financial services team, responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical accounting expertise, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and experience in managing financial reporting for publicly held companies.

Your new role

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support investment activities.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and internal controls across international entities.
• Liaise with global finance teams and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency.

What you&aposll need to succeed

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prefer someone from financial service or investment brokerage
• SEC regulatory knowledge
• Multiple years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in multinational or investment environments.
• Strong command of English and experience with international reporting standards.
