Role Description

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager for an on-site contract position based in Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand. The role involves overseeing financial statements, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing effective financial strategies, monitoring accounting operations, and supporting financial decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting.
• Strong Finance and Budgeting expertise to manage and optimize financial processes.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with financial software systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations within a dynamic or international environment is an advantage.
