Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Tax

  • Oversee the company's accounting records (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets) to ensure accuracy and compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
  • Manage and verify the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes within established deadlines.
  • Review and approve the submission of all tax returns (e.g., PND.1, 3, 53, 50, 51, PP.30) to ensure strict compliance with the Revenue Code.
  • Act as the primary contact and coordinate with External Auditors and Revenue Department officers.

2. Finance & Budgeting

  • Manage cash flow operations (receivables and payables) to maintain sufficient liquidity for business operations.
  • Prepare the Annual Budget and Financial Forecast in collaboration with other departments.
  • Perform Variance Analysis by comparing actual performance against the budget, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate with banks or financial institutions regarding credit facilities and financial transactions.

3. Management & Strategy

  • Plan, control, and optimize the workflow of the accounting and finance teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Establish policies and implement Internal Control systems to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
  • Prepare financial analysis reports to present to top management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide financial consultation and evaluate the Financial Feasibility of new projects and corporate investments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Licenses: Active CPD (Continuing Professional Development) license is required. Holding a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license will be highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Thai taxation laws.
  • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, Express).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Formulas).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, robust analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
