Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management regarding financial performance.

Accounting Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Costing & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee product costing and ensure accurate calculation of cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Analyze production costs, identify variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory records and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Prepare standard and actual cost reports for management review.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to align with company objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure professional growth and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and business strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and international financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Good in English, both written and spoken.
