Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Manage contracts, service providers, and administrative budgets
- Ensure efficient operations across all support functions (Admin, GA, office services)
2. Financial Control & Budgeting
- Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Review payments and expenses to ensure compliance with internal policies
3. Process Improvement & Governance
- Establish and implement SOPs, policies, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Drive continuous improvement across administrative and finance-related processes
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams
- Support management with reporting, analysis, and operational insights
- Act as a key liaison between Admin and Finance to enhance decision-making
5. Team Management
- Lead, develop, and manage the admin team
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in Administration or Office Management with exposure to accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial processes
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Overseas training is required.
