Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Manage contracts, service providers, and administrative budgets
  • Ensure efficient operations across all support functions (Admin, GA, office services)

2. Financial Control & Budgeting

  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Review payments and expenses to ensure compliance with internal policies

3. Process Improvement & Governance

  • Establish and implement SOPs, policies, and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement across administrative and finance-related processes

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams
  • Support management with reporting, analysis, and operational insights
  • Act as a key liaison between Admin and Finance to enhance decision-making

5. Team Management

  • Lead, develop, and manage the admin team
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in Administration or Office Management with exposure to accounting/finance
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial processes
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Overseas training is required.
