Role Description The Finance and Board of Investment Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Thailand. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. The supervisor manages compliance with Board of Investment (BOI) regulations, coordinates BOI applications and reporting, and maintains up-to-date documentation and approvals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring cost control and cash flow, supporting audits and tax filings, and liaising with internal departments and external authorities. The role also involves improving financial processes, guiding junior team members, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–6+ years of combined experience in treasury, accounting, and BOI/Customs operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role within manufacturing.
• BOI Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating RMTS, e-Expert, and managing BOI privilege cut-offs and applications.
• Financial Expertise: Solid foundation in cash flow forecasting, FX management, Thai GAAP, and local tax requirements.
• Leadership Style: Strong supervisory presence, high attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Languages: Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken).
