Reporting to the Managing Director, as the Finance and HR Manager at Tatler Thailand, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture, managing talent, ensuring operational HR excellence and ensuring compliance in both Finance and HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities:
Finance
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accurate and timeline recording of financial and accounting data.
- Prepare and support budget planning, forecasting and strategic plan activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
- Maintain and support business processes, administration, financial management, and accounting systems.
- Prepare, review and enter journal entries, analyzing and correcting discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger on an ongoing basis.
- Timely and accurate preparation, review and distribution of the monthly reporting pack, commentary and rolling forecast.
- Timely and accurate completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Propose means to strengthen and grow revenues and profitability including support for new projects and investment proposals.
- Support management in the financial decision-making process by analyzing projects, revenues, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheet impact.
- Responsible for the annual audit process including the preparation of information and schedules for audits and reviews.
- Look for continuous improvement and automation of financial processes, including the removal of non-value-added activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures such as GAAP, record retention, financial and HR policies and regulations.
Human Resources
- Support MD to set up the team, hire and onboard the right talent, ensure good experience, engagement and culture for the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in Thailand.
- Support the organization structure design and implementation.
- Manage employees relationships including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure timely update of job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Manage HR operational requirements including but not limited to establishing and supporting recruiting, onboarding, orientation, performance management and training programs.
- Manage compensation, payroll, insurance, benefit programs, and stay updated on market trends and employee requests.
- Manage internal communication and employee activities.
- Manage HR budget and cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting or related disciplines.
- Min 5 years experience in Finance, Admin and HR management.
- Solid leadership skills in managing the team and working with others.
- Attention to detail, well-organized, adaptive, responsible, and able to manage multitasks.
- Adapt at analyzing information with strong quantitative skills.
- Well versed with GAAP principles, Employment Law, and other related legislations.
- Absolute professionalism and work ethics, understanding of confidentiality.
- Experience in HR management and administration management with strong decision-making skills and financial modeling skills.
- Fluent in written and oral Thai and English.
