Finance BP Lead, APAC

Our client is in the industrial supply chain and B2B procurement industry, offering a one-stop platform for industrial products and cross-border sourcing solutions.

They are seeking a commercially driven Finance BP Lead to support and partner with our APAC business. This role plays a key part in driving growth, improving profitability, and shaping strategic decisions across the region.

You will lead the APAC Finance Business Partnering team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, identify risks early, and continuously optimize business performance. Beyond reporting, this role is highly involved in business operations and planning, acting as a true strategic partner to the business.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the APAC Finance BP team across processes, people, and performance
• Drive financial analysis on growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvement
• Partner with business teams on planning, strategy, and day-to-day operations
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to deliver effective financial solutions

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience leading teams in a regional / cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in Chinese and English (Thai is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within APAC when needed
