Finance Budget & Operations Benefit Analyst (Chinese Speaking)

Position Description:

Under the leadership of the financial manager, fully participate in budgeting and financial analysis, closely coordinate with external consultants, and ensure the good financial operation of the company.

Major Responsibility:

• Prepare rules and regulations for budget management, cost and expense management, etc.
• Medium and long-term planning, annual budgeting, rolling budgeting, monthly and annual operational analysis;
• Decomposition of annual budget indicators, monitoring, and evaluation of annual financial indicators;
• Analysis of regional benefits;
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree, major in financial management.
• More than 5 years of working experience in financial management-related
• Proficient in written and oral communication in English, with Chinese proficiency preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
