Finance Business Partner

Responsibility:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning aligned with overall business strategy.
• Conduct commercial analysis to support business decisions and evaluate key initiatives.
• Prepare management reports with KPIs, trends, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Provide business units with actionable commercial insights to optimize profitability and cost.
• Interpret pricing and sales data and recommend strategies for revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Drive commercial process improvements by identifying challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term commercial strategies and growth plans.
• Support capital investment decisions through commercial analysis and alignment with company goals.
• Enable FinTech solutions and operational support to enhance accessibility to products and services.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks in partnership with business leaders.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience 5+ years in commercial analysis, business partnering, and management roles.
• Experience in managing business cases, ROI modeling, and budgeting processes.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across the organization.
