We're hiring: Finance Business Partner (End to End Finance)
Salary: THB 180,000/month (depending on experience)
Working Condition: Hybrid (3-4 days working onsite)

We're looking for a pragmatic, hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to lead local finance execution in a growing, multi-business environment with frequent interaction across regional and global stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a small local finance/accounting team
- Own end-to-end accounting: bookkeeping to month-end close, compliance, and banking
- Ensure stable, disciplined day-to-day operations in SAP (any version)would be a plus
- Partner closely with the Managing Director as the local finance counterpart also
- Represent finance confidently with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders
- Revenue Management: Tracking total income generated from sales or services.
- Cost Control: Managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Operating Expenses (OPEX) to improve margins.
- Performance Monitoring: Reviewing P&L statements regularly to analyze financial healthy
- Work closely with expat stakeholders and communicate effectively in English
What success looks like (to be considered successful)
- You act as a true business partner, not just a reporter you bring insights, challenge assumptions, and help leaders make decisions
- You take end-to-end ownership and accountability for finance outcomes (closing, compliance, cash, controls, banking), and you follow through without needing escalation
- You go beyond reporting requirements improving the quality of numbers, explaining the why, and proactively highlighting risks/opportunities
- You are confident in forums with senior stakeholders: extroverted, assertive, and able to speak up in meetings (even when conversations are tough)
- You create a stable operating rhythm for the team and reduce single-point dependencies, keeping local execution strong
What we're looking for
- People / Team management experience
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Experience in a foreign/MNC environment and/or working with expats
- Very strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong accounting, closing, compliance, and banking foundation
- Comfortable working hands-on with SAP in daily finance operations
