We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who can serve as a strategic partner to the business. This role goes beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and focuses on transforming financial data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to build scalable financial processes, strengthen decision-making, and support the continued growth of a dynamic beverage brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve financial systems, reporting structures, and workflows to support business expansion while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead product costing, COGS analysis, and sales performance tracking. Provide financial insights that support margin optimization and strategic pricing decisions within the beverage industry.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to translate financial data into meaningful insights, budgets, forecasts, and strategic recommendations that support business growth.
- Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and adapt financial strategies in response to evolving business and market conditions.
- Develop clear and effective dashboards, reports, and performance analysis to provide leadership with comprehensive visibility into profitability and financial performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Finance or Accounting roles. Prior experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to challenge conventional processes and introduce more efficient, scalable financial practices.
- Strong capability in establishing new systems, improving financial workflows, and enhancing data management practices.
- Advanced expertise in costing, financial analysis, financial modeling, and identifying trends within complex datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial insights clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
