Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support commercial decision making and performance delivery for Fonterra Brands Thailand. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to provide clear financial insights, robust forecasting, pricing and investment analysis, and actionable recommendations to improve gross margin, EBIT, working capital and business performance. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, advanced Excel and modelling skills, and the confidence to influence non-finance stakeholders with clear, practical insights.
Key Requirements:
- Performance Management - Analyse financial and non-financial data to explain performance and recommend actions.
- Commercial & Decision Support - Support pricing, promotion, trade spend, A&P and investment decisions with fact-based analysis.
- Planning and forecasting - Support annual budget, monthly rolling forecast and short-term business plans with cross-functional teams.
- Rolling forecast (IBP and cross-functional partnering) - Participate in monthly business reviews, working with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Demand Planning
- Business intelligence and tools - Improve reporting efficiency and insight quality using Excel, SAP.
- Projects and process improvement - Support ad-hoc commercial finance projects and process simplification.
- Working capital and cash conversion - Provide visibility on working capital drivers and support improvement initiatives.
- Risk, control and compliance - Highlight financial, commercial, data and compliance risks in business decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-7 years in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Management Reporting or Business Analytics
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing decisions.
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Able to explain finance insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders in English and Thai.
