Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control & Closing
- Oversee monthly financial closing for the assigned Business Unit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Validate accounting entries and coordinate with Accounting and BU teams to resolve discrepancies and meet closing timelines.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze SOH, DOH, logistics expenses, and operational KPIs using historical data.
- Review monthly performance against budget, forecasts, and prior-year results.
- Maintain financial dashboards and reports, providing insights to improve cost efficiency and business outcomes.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the Logistics BU.
- Review warehouse, transport, and supply chain budget assumptions for strategic alignment.
- Monitor budget utilization and highlight risks or cost-optimization opportunities.
Business Partnering & Projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk management, operational changes, and project initiatives.
- Deliver financial insights and scenario analyses for logistics and supply chain decisions.
- Work with operations leaders on performance updates and KPI (Balanced Scorecard) calculations.
Reporting & Support
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for Supply Chain and Distribution Center teams.
- Provide detailed financial data and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Enhance data quality, financial models, and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering rolespreferably within logistics, warehouse, transport, or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and performance management.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with operations and management teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
