A Successful Market Controller Should Have

- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, with exposure to accounting or audit being beneficial
- Background in multinational or matrix organizations; experience in retail sectors is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, particularly SAP; familiarity with planning tools is advantageous
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
