Job Description

[Core Functions of the Position] Responsible for comprehensive budget management, photovoltaic business model calculations, tax support, and business-finance process establishment under each entity in Southeast Asia, providing financial decision-making support for the expansion of Southeast Asian commercial, industrial, and residential businesses.

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Budget and Business Analysis

• Lead the comprehensive budget management of overseas business in Southeast Asia (currently the system has not been launched yet, and Excel/BI tools need to be used to manually build and maintain the budget model).

• Responsible for calculating the profit and loss balance of overseas industrial, commercial, and residential projects, generating multi-dimensional business analysis reports, and providing data support for business decision-making.

• Continuously optimize the processes and methods of budgeting and analysis to lay the foundation for the future system launch.

2. Investment Estimation and Model Management

• Responsible for/assisting in the maintenance and update of the IRR calculation model for overseas industrial and commercial, and residential business, supporting project investment decisions.

• Independently operate and maintain the Savings Calculator (customer benefit calculation tool) for Southeast Asian household business to ensure the accuracy of parameters and market applicability.

3. Tax and Structural Support

• Interface with external institutions to support the registration and establishment of new overseas companies (including bank account opening, tax registration, etc.). • Participate in the interface and implementation of overseas export structures and tax-saving plans, and assist in research on transfer pricing, application of tax treaties, etc.

4. Business Processes and Internal Controls

• Participated in the end-to-end process setup for overseas industrial, commercial, and residential business, including but not limited to: sales contract review, electricity tariff repurchase settlement, user fund application and payment processes, etc., to identify and manage Financial Exposure.

• Continuously optimize existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

5. Overseas Communication

• Regularly participate in the weekly meetings of the overseas team (Southeast Asia), serve as the financial interface, respond to the financial needs of the business side, and promote financial policies.

• Provide various ad-hoc back-office support and financial solutions for overseas business teams to address actual financial issues in business operations.

[Job Requirements]

1. English as the working language (required), and Chinese can be used as an auxiliary working language (bonus)

2. Bachelor's degree in accounting-related majors (required), postgraduate degree or above (bonus), QS 500 (required), QS 100 (bonus)

3. 3 years or more of work experience (required), experience in the new energy industry (bonus)

4. Familiar with IAS/IFRS/CAS, and possess non-practicing qualifications such as ACCA/CICPA (bonus item)

5. Proficient in operating Office software

6. Proficient in AI, capable of assisting with daily financial work

7. Good communication methods and full collaboration with the business team
