Role Overview
We are looking for a Controller Manager – CLC to lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and high-quality financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
This role acts as a key business partner to senior leadership (CEO, EXCO, and functional heads), driving performance, financial planning, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Business Performance
- Drive financial strategy to improve overall business efficiency and performance
- Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on financial and operational decisions
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
- Lead FinPlan, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful performance reports to senior management
- Analyze variance against budget, forecast, and prior year to recommend improvements
3. Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Partner with CEO, EXCO, and department leaders to drive business performance
- Provide financial evaluation of P&L, projects, and strategic initiatives
- Support key decision-making with data-driven analysis
4. Governance, Compliance & Internal Control
- Ensure strong internal controls, governance, and compliance with regulations (SET, SEC, BOI, MOC, etc.)
- Lead audit processes and ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
5. Working Capital & Risk Management
- Manage company cash flow and working capital effectively
- Lead credit control and debt management to minimize overdue and bad debt
- Chair Credit Committee to monitor collection and risk exposure
6. Investment & Financial Risk
- Evaluate CAPEX and investment projects, ensuring financial feasibility
- Monitor and track project performance to optimize return and minimize risk
7. Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
- Build strong engagement and capability to support business growth
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture

Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in financial controlling / finance leadership roles
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEO / EXCO level)
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
